Anthony L. Gray has over fifteen years of experience as a creative and effective problem-solver in complex bankruptcy, lending, and general commercial law matters. Mr. Gray’s clients have included large and small businesses and individuals facing complex and sophisticated business problems. Before joining Pollack & Flanders as a partner, Mr. Gray served as a partner at Brown Rudnick, a 200-lawyer international law firm. Mr. Gray holds a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude from Tufts University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Gray is admitted to the bar of each of the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Third, and Federal Circuits, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Gray has represented clients in bankruptcy courts nationwide. Mr. Gray has also lectured and written extensively regarding bankruptcy and lending matters, including before the Boston Bar Association and Connecticut Bar Association.
