Attorney Anthony Gray, our firm’s newest partner, has won meaningful results in bankruptcy cases throughout the country as counsel to official committees and ad hoc groups of creditors and equity security holders, trade vendors, secured creditors, debtors, trustees, landlords, equipment lessors, and asset purchasers. His representative past engagements include representing the official creditors’ committees in the Chapter 11 cases of CTC Communications, Pac-West Telecomm, and former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson, and a national bank in connection with a successful out-of-court restructuring of a distressed syndicated $54 million credit facility furnished to a national roofing company.
