-a prominent newspaper in connection with collecting debt and defending                    against avoidance actions in bankruptcy cases nationwide.

-an individual debtor to obtain a discharge of $1.4 million in business debt

     -lenders furnishing DIP loans to a septic-systems cleaning and construction                debtor with multi-state operations

-the official creditors' committee in the Chapter 11 cases of former                            heavy-weight boxing champion Mike Tyson and his management company
